Privacy Policy

ABILITY® is committed to maintaining the privacy of the information you share with us. We will not sell, distribute, or outsource information that you provide us through our website(s) or product infrastructure. We will only use the information you share for the purposes of enhancing your experience at our website, delivering our services to you or sending you additional information about our software and services.

The information we collect

In certain areas of our website, we may offer to send you additional information or invite you to register for a demonstration or be included on our mailing list. To process your request, we require that you supply us with your correct contact information and email and/or mailing address for delivery. The transfer of this information is secure and cannot be intercepted by others. When you submit a support request through the ABILITY website, we ask for any necessary information we need from you to appropriately respond to your inquiry, including your name and email address.

How to update your email preferences

Click here to select the types of emails you’d like to receive from us, or to unsubscribe from emails. Please note your request may take up to a week to be processed.

Do Not Track (DNT)

DNT is a preference you can set in your own web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser. However, it’s important to note that there is no consensus or industry standard on how companies should interpret DNT signals. As a result, the majority of websites – including ABILITY – do not respond to web browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How we use the information we gather

On occasion, we will send email messages to customers to let you know about promotional offers, changes in our services and support programs, or to extend special discounts that we believe may be of interest to you.
